Delivery

We deliver for free!

Place your order by midnight on Tuesday to receive your box within the same week.

Delivery is free for anyone within our delivery area. Your box will arrive with Ann or Bob in our fully electric, eco-friendly van.

Please note: We have a minimum order value of £45 to help keep our deliveries efficient and sustainable

Thursday Deliveries

We deliver to the following postcodes on a Thursday:

NE2, NE3, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE7, NE12, NE13, NE22, NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29, NE30, NE61, NE63, NE64

Friday Deliveries

We deliver to the following postcodes on a Friday:

NE15, NE18, NE20, NE40, NE41, NE42, NE43, NE44, NE45, NE46

While you can't customise the contents of the main box - since it's curated based on what's freshest and in season - we do offer a selection of delicious add-on products like homemade jam and more, which you can include with your order when available. It’s a great way to personalise your experience while still enjoying the best of what the garden has to offer.

If you are not planning to be at home, let us know in the comments box when ordering where you would like the box to be left.

Alternatively, we will find a safe place to leave the box – and we will leave a note saying where the box has been left.

Ann and Bob have been delivering veg boxes for almost 10 years and haven’t had a box go missing yet!

Chef Alex Nietosvuori, from Sweden, and his Northumberland-born wife, Ally, are embarking on their latest gastronomic venture together.

Named Freyja - after the Norse goddess of love, fertility and battle - the Scandi-designed restaurant will be built alongside a restored Georgian walled garden at Close House, promising to be a destination in its own right.

Freyja Garden, organically certified and managed by Ann and Bob, provides the vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers that shape the restaurant’s seasonal menus. As custodians of the garden, Ann and Bob oversee its day-to-day care and planting, ensuring it flourishes in harmony with the needs of the kitchen. Overlooking the garden itself, Freyja offers a truly unique garden-to-fork experience.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our produce and service. If there’s ever an issue with the contents of your box - whether an item is missing, damaged, or not up to standard - please get in touch with us directly.
