Pork

We have an amazing pedigree Tamworth boar called “Royal” and an equally amazing sow called “Kate”. We typically have a litter of pigs born every nine months. All of the pigs are reared outside, and are organically certified. Throughout the year we will have available a whole range of different pork cuts, including: sausages, sausage meat, shoulder boned & rolled, loin chops, leg of pork, belly slices, ribs, loin boned & rolled, gammon joints, gammon steaks, back bacon, streaky bacon and hock. We have gluten free sausages and sausage meat available too.
