Pak Choi
Another over-wintering oriental vegetable that we like to grow. Pak Choi is a member of the Brassica family which has large crispy stems topped off with dark green leaves. A very tasty crop that is ideal in stir fries and can even be eaten raw. We sow Pak Choi in August and then transplant them in September into the polytunnels. They are then ready to harvest from November onwards.
