Salad Leaves Mix

Our salad leaves mix is called “Mesclun”, this is a French term for a mixture of assorted young salad leaves. This is something we aim to grow throughout the year. This year our Mesclun mix is made up of the following: Celinet baby leaf, Rosalo baby leaf, Lollo Rossa lettuce, Red Salad bowl leaves, Green Salad bowl leaves, Purple Frills, Golden Frills, Friel baby leaf, Sadawi baby leaf and Valmaine lettuce.
