Mustard Leaves

Mustard Leaves

We grow Mustard Leaves for the autumn and winter periods. The variety we grow is called Giant Red Mustard and it produces really big leaves. They are cold tolerant making them ideal to grow in the colder months. Giant Red Mustard leaves as the name suggests have a distinctive mustard taste and can be used in salads, soups, stir fried or put in stews to bring extra flavour to the dish.
