Cauliflowers

The cauliflower is one of our most popular crops.  It was a crop that we used to struggle to grow, however, in recent years we have worked out how to grow it with some great results. During the summer/autumn we grow a variety called Belot and over the winter we grow a variety called Medallion. The variety you receive will depend on what is in season at the time.
