Carrots

Carrots are another crop which we grow 12 months of the year. The two main varieties we like the most are Amsterdam Forcing and Autumn King - the variety you receive in your organic farm box will depend on the season, but both are delicious. Carrots are a crop we grow mainly in our Polytunnels to ensure quick cultivation and maximum protection against pests.
