Beetroot

Beetroot is a great crop to both grow and to eat. It can be used in many different dishes – our favourite is roasted beetroot. We grow three different varieties: Boro, Chioggia and Golden. Boro is a deep red variety, Chioggia is candy striped and Golden has a lovely yellow/orange colour. Beetroot is a crop we grow throughout the year. Please note that the variety of beetroot you will receive in your organic farm box is dependent on the season.
